“Detroit” Movie / Inequality in Detroit / Minority Entrepreneurship

On the next American Black Journal: We’ll analyze the new movie “Detroit” and how it portrays a terrifying chapter in the City’s history. Plus, what impact will the film have on the national dialogue about race?  Also, noted historian and author Thomas Sugrue talks about race and inequality in the Detroit of 1967 and today’s Detroit. And, a look at efforts to open the doors to entrepreneurship for African Americans.
