Wayne County Executive Warren Evans says he will move ahead with negotiations on Rock Ventures’ proposal to develop a new justice complex in exchange for the land where the unfinished County jail now sits. The MiWeek team discusses what this means. Plus, a new study links greater health issues to people who have their water shut off for unpaid bills. In a special One Detroit report, we meet a community advocate who is trying to help residents get their water turned back on. And the MiWeek team analyzes the recent upheaval among President Donald Trump’s communications team.
