• HEADLINES: Three guests — Kaitlyn Buss of The Detroit News, Republican Strategist Dennis Darnoi, and Keith Owens of the Michigan Chronicle — join Christy and Stephen to debate some of this week’s big headlines, including the NFL protests of the National Anthem and controversial remarks by President Trump and the head of the Michigan State Police.
• MARIA’S STORY: In special One Detroit reports, Christy recaps the story of Maria Juarez, the Detroit woman deported to Mexico earlier this year. And, Chastity Pratt Dawsey of Bridge Magazine reports from Mexico on others from the U.S., like Maria, who have been deported to a native country they don’t know.
