Stanley Nelson, Filmmaker, “Tell Them We Are Rising”
As we commemorate the 50th anniversary of American Black Journal, we’ll have a special, in-depth conversation with award-winning filmmaker Stanley Nelson. American Black Journal contributor Marlowe Stoudamire talks to Nelson about his newest documentary, “Tell Them We Are Rising,” which traces the rich history and significant influence of America’s historically Black colleges and universities.
