On the next American Black Journal: After giving more than a half-million free rides over the summer, Detroit’s new QLINE is now charging passengers. We’ll find out what’s new and improved about the streetcar system.  Plus, the winners of this year’s Comerica Hatch Detroit Contest are two refugees from East Africa. We’ll talk with them and Hatch Detroit’s executive director about the couple’s winning small business idea.
