The Trump administration’s immigration policy continues to dominate the national headlines. Yesterday, PBS NewsHour reported that the administration is working toward meeting a federal court deadline to reunite 2,500 migrant children with their families by tomorrow. Nearly 500 parents have already been deported without their kids.

Statewide, immigration continues to be a hot button issue that divides both parties. With less than two weeks until the Michigan primaries, our coverage on where the gubernatorial candidates stand continues. Today’s highlights include the candidates’ views on immigration and refugees.
