Forgotten Harvest is a food rescue organization that redistributes surplus food to greater tri-county charities to provide families in need with nutritious meals. CEO Kirk Mayes talked with One Detroit’s Christy McDonald to discuss how COVID-19 has forced the organization to adjust operational procedures, and what the community can do to help.
