Michigan Attorney General race on PBS Newshour

One Detroit contributed to PBS NewsHour with a segment on the Attorney General’s race in Michigan. The office of State Attorney General is playing an increasingly important  role in national politics.  Michigan is one of 30 states with a race for Attorney General on the ballot, and the campaign between Democrat Dana Nessel and Republican Tom Leonard has been a heated one with immigration, the environment and LGBTQ rights being key and contentious issues.
