One Detroit | ‘Reverse gentrification’ in Islandview

In this One Detroit report by Bill Kubota and Will Glover, real estate developers rehabbing housing in Detroit‘s eastside Islandview neighborhood are creating job opportunities for residents and a development model they describe as “reverse gentrification.”
