After seeing the distress from isolation that young girls were facing during the pandemic, Detroit entrepreneur and hairstylist, Theresa Mitchell, created a nonprofit organization called Young Sistaz Elite Club to promote virtual and in-person community engagement. Theresa’s goal is to mentor and motivate young girls who aspire to be entrepreneurs, while also focusing on building character.
